Natasha Fraser-Smith - Personal Trainer

  • Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructor.

  • Emergency First Aid at Work.

I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life while trying to stay on top of your health and fitness - because I’ve been there. Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked full-time at a desk job while balancing family life and my own training. I’ve experienced the pressure of trying to do it all, and I understand how hard it can be to prioritise yourself.

My journey into fitness wasn’t just about physical change - it was about building confidence, healing my relationship with my body, and overcoming challenges like low self-esteem and disordered eating. That’s why I bring more than just workouts to the table—I bring real-life empathy, mindset coaching, and genuine support.

I’ve competed in three strongwoman competitions, taken part in countless fun runs, and I’m currently training for the Edinburgh Half Marathon and Tough Mudder. I love pushing my limits and proving that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

My mission is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself - physically and mentally. I believe true strength isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about showing up for yourself, building resilience, and finding pride in your progress - no matter where you're starting.
