Natasha Fraser-Smith - Personal Trainer
Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructor.
Emergency First Aid at Work.
Natasha knows what it’s like to juggle a busy life while trying to stay on top of your health and fitness— because she’s been there.
Before becoming a personal trainer, she worked full-time in a desk job while balancing family life and her own training. She’s felt the pressure of trying to do it all, and she understands how hard it can be to prioritise yourself.
Natasha’s journey into fitness wasn’t just about physical change—it was about building confidence, healing her relationship with her body, and overcoming challenges like low self-esteem and disordered eating. That’s why she brings more than just workouts to the table—she offers real-life empathy, mindset coaching, and genuine support.
She has competed in three strongwoman competitions, taken part in countless fun runs, and completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon and Tough Mudder. Natasha loves pushing her limits and proving that with the right mindset, anything is possible.
Her mission is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself—physically and mentally.
To Natasha, true strength isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about showing up for yourself, building resilience, and finding pride in your progress—no matter where you're starting.
