With almost 10 years experience as a qualified personal trainer, 4 years as a Prison Fitness Instructor and the last 3 years of running Tactical Fitness Scotland outdoor bootcamps, Lorna has plenty knowledge in fitness, nutrition and understand we all have our own likes, dislikes and goals when it comes to exercise which is why each class she teaches different and will never be repeated. She specialises in strength, conditioning and transformation coaching.

Lorna believes in finding the enjoyment in fitness, whether you’re a beginner or an athlete... with the diverse training styles she utilises in sessions she is confident she won’t only be helping you see crazy results but you will enjoy the challenges along the way.
