I have been fortunate enough to have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for a number of years now, as sport and fitness has been a large part of my life since a very young age.

The passion I have for exercise lead me to completing my Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science, graduating from Edinburgh Napier University in 2015. During my time in university, I also gained my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, and I immediately put it to use by gaining a job taking bootcamp style fitness classes in 2013. A year later I would gain my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and begin taking 1-2-1 sessions, and I have continued to do so ever since!

My passion for this industry has led to me looking to further my education and in 2017 I gained my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification, providing me with the tools to teach the Olympic Lifts. In 2019 I continued my education my completing my Level 1 Precision Nutrition qualification, to open up a new avenue to supplement my 1-2-1 Personal Training and venture into the world of Online Coaching, allowing me to help even more people achieve their goals, no matter the distance.

My clients’ health and wellbeing are always my priority. Whether this means that sometimes I need to try and give them a more realistic outlook on their goals, or put aesthetical changes to one side for the time being, I always ensure to keep my clients healthy. I feel the role of a coach is much more than simply providing training programmes and nutrition plans or taking clients through sessions, I always try and make sure that my clients have the tools to maintain their results and even continue to progress on their own. I do this by educating them on how to balance their work, training and social lives, while still making progress by creating new, healthier habits.

My own training and nutrition are important to me, being an active professional wrestler, I need to make sure I am still able to perform to an optimal level, while still looking as good as I possibly can. My constant desire to better myself has also introduced me to the world of bodybuilding, where in 2019 I competed in a bodybuilding contest in the Men’s Physique category, with plans to do so again in 2021. During my life, my love for playing football has never dwindled, and I still play regularly at a recreational level.
